Howdy..

Mercury has had the pleasure of having Catering by Rosemary work many events here at Mercury Hall, and last week I was invited to enjoy a wonderful menu that they prepared for lunch. First of all, their hospitality was wonderful; friendly, funny, and very professional. What I didn’t expect, was how blown away I was by the scrumptious meal that followed. WOW! For this foodie, it was an amazing experience. Lamb chops with local sustainable produce was my personal favorite. After a full belly, and the need for a nap.. Christy told me that they could conjure a menu to suit any party’s needs.. With that being said, I decided that I had to mention them on this week’s blog.. Please check out their website…
